We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

"Love the hat, look at the size between the curved and the flat bill, the flat bill runs a tad bit smaller than the flat bill. My husband gets the flat bills and curves them. I bought this and did see the crown is a little tighter on his crown looks too small for his head but gifted it to my brother and fits perfectly on his head. Material and quality of these are great!"
Hat Is Deformed
"The hat looked great when I first received it, but over the last several weeks it has started to lose its shape and become deformed. I’ve tried adjusting it, but it won’t go back to how it originally was. Do you have any recommendations, or would a replacement be possible? I’m happy to send this one back if needed."

Great but not perfect
"The hat is very comfortable. It looks nice. My main issue is that the orange of the cord is different than the orange that I thought I was getting it. It’s a bit different than the orange of the logo, which doesn’t come through on the product photos. But in real life it’s pretty different which matters when you are paying this much for a hat."
Great hat
"I’ve owned a couple of BB hat and this one fits best. Light weight, flat bill easily maintains a slight curve added. Very lightweight. Stretch fit is great for a big head. I wear 7 1/2 fitted and this one fit great with only one dot on the snap back open. Crown is higher but not ridiculously high. Price point is only drawback to having more."

"Anchor down baby. The Vandy desert rim adjustable hat is the bomb. Fits great even for us fat head fellas. One of the best hats I own. Highly recommended this product for anything, well built products they have. Love to see this hat or a black one with an anchor on it. Keep it up have a customer for life"
