Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.

There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.

Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. "Love the hat--I like the boxy profile of fitted hats like the New Era 59fifty, but the height on those is a touch high for me (the hats push down slightly on my ears). The Branded Bills "flat performance" series provides a similar profile with slightly less height. I wear a 7 1/2 in New Era, and the "classic" snapback size is a nice fit, with about 3-4 snaps in the back."

It has an interior sublimation and a generic stretch band. The black is huge, has no interior sublimation, and a Flex Fit stretch band. The inconsistency in a premium brand was very unexpected."

I wear a 7 3/4 fitted hat will these hats fit me?
It will definitely fit you. Our OSFM range from 6 5/8-7 5/8!!
can you guys make the BB logo on the side of the hat the same color as the hat, instead of white?
This would only be possible for our "Elite" series which will have the BB in a monochromatic logo that will match the hat color
