We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

- can you guys make the BB logo on the side of the hat the same color as the hat, instead of white?
- This would only be possible for our "Elite" series which will have the BB in a monochromatic logo that will match the hat color
- Is this a 4,5 or 6 panel
