We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The flexfit band is generic and not the good Flexfit 110. It feels soft and hot and cheap. 2. the hat fabric is not the same. . . its more. . . plasticy sorta and not as breathable. Much hotter. This is like your old generic cheaper flex fit hats you had for a while. 3. The hats are SMALLER now!!!!! This the worst part. Your Flexfit 110 versions were always roomy and fit my size 8 head amazing. This one is smaller and the size is horrible. Extremely disappoint. You can even see the difference in the pictures now."
