"I purchased a $100 gift certificate as a Christmas gift for the recipient to design a couple hats. When they went to do so they were told that there is a minimum of 12 hats that need to be designed and ordered. This is not acceptable. I would like a full refund if the order of designing two or three hats is not honored."
