A little bummed

"This is the first hat I’ve had in decades that ripped in the ventilation part on the back of the hat. I don’t recall any force that would have caused the damage. I now have well over 20 BB hats and this is the first with any physical issues, one other had the design on the front fall off. It won’t stop my feelings about the hats and company, but it is a little bit of a let down so soon after purchase."

Great hat

"Love this hat. Fit is great and look is awesome with the patriotic appearance. If I had one suggestion Branded Bills - I love wearing this hat backwards (as I’m sure a LOT of your customers do with a lot your different hats; but the plastic from the snapback is not comfortable when wearing backwards, why not add some of that flex fit cushiony type material to the back of the snapback, this will be groundbreaking and put all your hats over the top!!"
