"I clicked on a social media ad that I could put my own logo on a hat and kept thinking I would be guided to upload my logo so I could have a custom hat with my business logo. Now, I have a blank hat. Also, it is not as tall of a hat as I expected and does not fit me the way I prefer. I suppose I will just go in to a place in person and try it on and have my logo put on it."

"I ordered this on June 11 and it never even shipped. Will be charging it back on my credit card, or you can issue a refund. But this has never ever happened to me from a single merchant"
