We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

"I have heard good things about this brand so I bought this one on sale. Not the same experience I have heard about at all. This is a cheap Flexfit brand hat with a weird shape and is not very comfortable. Unfortunately it was on sale so I can't return it. Doubt I will purchase another one from this company. Super disappointed."

"Quality is good, runs a little tighter than other flex fit hats I have in the same size though they all stretch out over time so not a bad deal later on down the road. The bill is quite stubborn. I have tried to curve it numerous times and it keeps expanding back to where it came out of the box. Overall it's a fine hat, but could be better."
