We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. "The hat looks great and I am really pleased with the fit. I have a big head and most adjustable hats weren’t made for people like me. Though most do fit, it is always at almost the last snaps and it feels like there is not enough hat back there. So when I found this one I was excited. It fits perfectly right in the middle of the adjustments. I’m not sure but it looks like BB is going to sell the larger size anymore? If so that is disappointing, but I ordered two more larger sized ones before they ran out?!?"
