Curved 5 Panel Rope Hat

"I’ve purchased BB as part of a custom group order and was excited to add a USA flag light blue to my collection. Unfortunately, something about the BB quality seemed to change. The side panels and rope are lumpy on this hat. If I tighten the snaps the lumps lessen, but then it’s uncomfortably tight. The material over all feel more plastic-y than previous purchases. Too much $$$ at 38/per hat plus tax."
