We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

"I was first introduced to Branded Bills a few years back and has been my go to ever since. I have a large dome 7 7/8th and not many hats fit well and consistently BB's do and they have quality that your can count on. I play golf in Florida and they have an ability to repel the perspiration without significant staining. Having introduced college hats is fantastic and am awaiting a Georgia Bulldog version."

"Beautiful hats! Great quality! But the order fulfillment department needs to be fired. Takes a solid 2 weeks from ordering to receiving your hats. In my case, I wanted to exchange a hat I bought (just didn't like the fit). So I started the exchange, picked out a replacement, and put my hat in the mail. The hat I was returning was able to travel from Atlanta, GA to Phoenix, AZ in the amount of time it took BB TO CREATE A SHIPPING LABEL FOR MY REPLACEMENT HAT. Not even get it in the mail, JUST to make a shipping label. Then eventually it got in the mail. . . My return hat was delivered before they even got my replacement hat in the mail (and I even picked the option for speedy returns by throwing down my credit card). Great hats, but it takes a week just for them to see you placed an order."
