We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

"I have a couple older Branded Bill hats in the XL size that I really like. But I just ordered two new ones and the fit is much different and I don't really like them. "I recently reordered a hat I fell in love with a little over a year ago. I went to the website and looked up the same hat and ordered it. When the hat arrived, something was off compared to my original purchase. The hat I bought last year was a essential 600. The hat that arrived was on an Essential 300. Same price. When I asked them about it, a rep with poor grammar told me my complaint didn't matter, that it was the same color and logo and I could return it if I didn't like it. This was a one star review, until I thought about it. They'll ship you whatever quality hat they feel like and if you don't like it, return it. All I wanted was to buy the same hat again. Instead, I got a "less than" replacement from a company that could care less."
