We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong hat, or there is any defect to the hat or patch within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchase.
There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.
Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

"Love the hat--I like the boxy profile of fitted hats like the New Era 59fifty, but the height on those is a touch high for me (the hats push down slightly on my ears). The Branded Bills "flat performance" series provides a similar profile with slightly less height. I wear a 7 1/2 in New Era, and the "classic" snapback size is a nice fit, with about 3-4 snaps in the back."

"I ordered two of the exact hat - Bare Flat Performance in blue and black and the two hats are wildly different in size and materials used. The blue is a smaller, better fit. It has an interior sublimation and a generic stretch band. The black is huge, has no interior sublimation, and a Flex Fit stretch band. The inconsistency in a premium brand was very unexpected."
