Great product, horrible delivery!
"For what you pay for shipping, and the actual length of time for it to arrive exceeds any purchases I make anywhere in this country. It’s actually deterrent to ordering hats."

Great hat!
"My favorite of the BB hats I’ve got so far! Love the canvas look and fit."
Love this hat
"The texture on the script makes it almost 3D. Fit is perfect"
New favorite hat
"Love this brand, have at least five hats from Branded Bill and this is my latest one. Got it and two others to celebrate Father’s day and America’s 250!"
Confusing marketing
"I clicked on a social media ad that I could put my own logo on a hat and kept thinking I would be guided to upload my logo so I could have a custom hat with my business logo. Now, I have a blank hat. Also, it is not as tall of a hat as I expected and does not fit me the way I prefer. I suppose I will just go in to a place in person and try it on and have my logo put on it."
Big problem
"I ordered this on June 11 and it never even shipped. Will be charging it back on my credit card, or you can issue a refund. But this has never ever happened to me from a single merchant"
"i expexted the bill to not be as far pointed down as it was stitched. clearly a hat design to fit and look well if worn only backwards. . . if flipped to front it wont look like a modern hat. . it will look like a baseball cap from 80s-90s"
