"I have a couple older Branded Bill hats in the XL size that I really like. But I just ordered two new ones and the fit is much different and I don't really like them. I've already returned one of them. The new versions are taller and therefore sit right on top of my ears which makes it really uncomfortable. I'm disappointed in the newest versions."

"The brim is sturdy, the inside sweatband is soft, the back snaps are rubbery. These are superior products! All other hats sit so high up, I have no idea why that is even a style! I either pull them down so far almost blocking my eyes, or Im looking like a bucket head. NOT Branded Bill hats!"

"I recently reordered a hat I fell in love with a little over a year ago. I went to the website and looked up the same hat and ordered it. When the hat arrived, something was off compared to my original purchase. The hat I bought last year was a essential 600. The hat that arrived was on an Essential 300. Same price. When I asked them about it, a rep with poor grammar told me my complaint didn't matter, that it was the same color and logo and I could return it if I didn't like it. This was a one star review, until I thought about it. They'll ship you whatever quality hat they feel like and if you don't like it, return it. All I wanted was to buy the same hat again. Instead, I got a "less than" replacement from a company that could care less."
