"I love the company and product but this is the 2nd time they’ve messed up my order. I did not receive the hat in this picture (aka the hat I purchased) instead I received the stealth white BB stack hat. So annoyed that I didn’t even reach out to customer service this time. You think being a loyal customer that has spent hundreds of dollars on hats they could at least read and fulfill the order correctly. My previous purchase was missing a hat. Luckily they did correct that mistake and send me my hat. Even though it took like another two weeks to receive it. Sad to say I’m considering not purchasing them again"
