"We ordered 3 hats for a tournament and only received one. The response to fix was turned around quickly but instead of rush shipping to fix error they used their standard shipping policy. Needless to say the hats arrived late and missed our event. Now I’m stuck with 2 hats, never worn and out $90."

"Love the hats BUT I do not like the style of hats. I’m not a fan of the fold/crease right down the middle of the top of the hat towards the front. Also I have never had hats slip up off my head like these do. I wear tons of hats and one slip up and off my head like these have. The designs are great but everything else definitely fell short of what I was expecting to receive versus what I see online."
