"Hat fits great, but arrived with dirt stains on the sides and top like it has been worn. Not sure how or why this made it past QC, but wasn’t happy when I pulled this one out of the box. Contacted them about a replacement and they responded within 24 hours with a replacement being sent. Excellent customer service and happy to be getting it resolved so quickly! Definitely appreciate the quick communication and fast fix, this is something you don’t get a lot of these days so knowing companies still take pride in this is a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend this company!!"

"This is at least the 6th Bare Flat 5 Panel Rope I've purchased. Lightweight, holds shape well, bill is shapable for a slight curve. I have an XL long oval head, hat fits perfectly. 7 5/8 if it was fitted and i only open 1 snap. Can wear it all day without any complaint with the stretch it gives. Its expensive but honestly the best fitting hat I've worn. I've looked for an alternative and as of right now this is still the best."
