"First off, love the hat. I ordered this for a present to be given before 4th of July, unfortunately the first order was lost in shipping, called customer service (who was very nice) and they reshipped a new one to be delivered in time but again the shipping was delayed and sadly, I was not able to receive the hat in time for the 4th, was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd, but didn’t arrive until late on the 3rd and we had to leave before it arrived."

"Unfortunately, this was a very very poor service experience on this order. I ordered my hats 11 days before they even had a shipping label created. Due to the length of time from order to shipment the address I ordered them to I was no longer. Even though I attempted three times to call customer service and sent multiple emails. They were unable to change the address before shipping. Therefore, the order shipped to House I was no longer at."
